Hiring of 16 Armed Security Guards for National Highway Authority Sindh-South Regional Office and Attached Locations

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites qualified security firms to provide armed security guards for its Regional Office (Sindh-South) in Karachi and its attached offices and locations including Askari-IV Karachi, NHA Complex Hyderabad at Jamshoro, NHA Complex Mirpurkhas at Umerkot, and NHA Laboratory at Hatri Police Station Hyderabad. This contract is for the hiring of 16 armed security guards for a period of two years starting from 1st August 2026, with a possible extension of one year based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The security guards must be ex-servicemen, medically fit, and not older than 47 years. The company must have a registered NTN and GST number, valid NOC from Ministry of Interior and Home Departments of all provinces including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Karachi, and at least five years of experience providing security services to government or autonomous bodies. The scope includes provision of weapons, uniforms, accommodation, transport, and relievers without additional charges. The guards will be deployed on static posts with 8-hour shifts and must undergo refresher training biannually. The company must ensure all guards have security clearances and medical fitness certificates before deployment. Earnest Money and CDR are required as per tender documents. The last date for submission of sealed technical bids is 20th July 2026 at 1200 hours at the office of GM (Sindh-South) NHA Complex Karachi. Only technically qualified firms will be invited for the financial bid.
