Hiring of Advertising Agency for Print Media Advertisements by Pakistan Red Crescent Society

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites sealed bids from eligible, established, and reputable advertising agencies to handle its print media advertisements. Interested advertising agencies should be accredited with All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS). Agencies suspended from APNS for the last two years are not eligible to apply. Items being procured: - Hiring of Advertising Agency for print media advertisements Bidders may obtain Tender Documents along with Terms of Reference (ToRs) and submission requirements from the PRCS Procurement Department upon receipt of demand draft/pay order amounting to Rs. 2,000/- in favor of 'PRCS NHQ, Islamabad' (Non-Refundable). Requests can be sent in writing on official letterhead to the provided address or electronically via email attaching a soft copy of the request and DD/PO to procurement@prcs.org.pk. Documents are also downloadable from the official PRCS website www.prcs.org.pk. The scope includes managing print media advertisement campaigns for PRCS across Pakistan. Agencies must have valid APNS accreditation and a clean record with no suspensions in the last two years. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are as per PRCS procurement rules. Key dates include collection of documents from 08-10-2026 to 19-10-2026 between 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM, submission deadline on 20-10-2026 at 03:30 PM, and bid opening on 20-10-2026 at 04:00 PM onwards. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the PRCS Procurement Department at NHQ Islamabad.
