Hiring of Auto Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Office Vehicles for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Directorate General of Internal Audit (Inland Revenue), Islamabad, invites applications from Islamabad and Rawalpindi based vendors and auto workshops for the provision of repair and maintenance services of official vehicles under an open framework agreement for the financial year 2026-2027. This agreement will be valid for one year with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on satisfactory performance. Services will be procured on an as-needed basis through requests for quotations or financial proposals. Items being procured: - Repairing and maintenance of official vehicles including replacement of engine oil, oil filter, air filter, AC filter, gear oil, brake oil - Tuning, wheel alignment and balancing, plugs changing, brake service - Replacement of bearings, complete engine overhauling, gearbox and steering overhauling - Brake disk pad, brake shoe, drum tuning, suspension work - AC work, denting and painting, seal cover and polishing work - Replacement of batteries, tyres, servicing and polishing - All electrical and mechanical works - Repairing and maintenance of official motorcycles including oil change, tuning, wheel balancing - Replacement of brake shoes, brake cables, chain sets, headlights, indicators - Clutch cable, clutch lever, ignition switch, accelerator cables, plugs - Complete engine overhauling and replacement of tyres - All electrical and mechanical works related to motorcycles The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and motorcycles including mechanical, electrical, and bodywork. Eligible suppliers must be registered with FBR, have a workshop or garage in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, and demonstrate relevant experience and technical capacity. Evaluation criteria include experience (minimum 3 years), managerial and technical staff strength, machinery and tools availability, company profile, and active tax registration. A security deposit of Rs. 100,000 in the form of bank draft, CDR, or pay order is mandatory and will be converted into a performance guarantee. Applications must be submitted with all required documents on company letterhead before the deadline at Room #12, Directorate General of Internal Audit (IR), CDA Block No II, 1st Floor, G-6 Islamabad. The procurement committee will evaluate proposals and may conduct physical verification of workshops. Successful applicants will sign a contract and must provide services personally without subcontracting. Genuine brand-new parts must be used with warranty terms clearly stated. The workshop must ensure secure parking and confidentiality. Immediate service availability including odd hours is required.
