Hiring of Services of a Chartered Accountant Firm for Statutory Audit FY 2025-26

Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites bids for hiring the services of a Chartered Accountant Firm enlisted in Category-A of the panel of auditors issued by the State Bank of Pakistan. The contract is for the statutory audit of Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 covering the period from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. The audit will be conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, IFRS, IAS, ISA applicable in Pakistan, and review of Statement of Compliance. Items being procured: - Statutory audit services for FY 2025-26 The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure under Open Competitive Bidding adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. E-Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/88630. Bidders must submit their proposals through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 4, 2026, 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. In accordance with Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement.
