Tender Description
The Privatisation Commission Islamabad is seeking to hire a consultancy firm to conduct a comprehensive Performance Audit of its operations. This procurement is specifically for the Privatisation Commission located at Pak-Secretariat (Kohsar Block), Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The scope involves detailed technical and financial proposal submissions to evaluate the Commission’s performance effectively.
Interested firms must have relevant experience in conducting performance audits, preferably with government entities. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Firms should also possess a valid PEC category if applicable to consultancy services. The process requires submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR along with technical and financial bids.
The deadline for submission has been extended to 15th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Proposals must be submitted to the Director (Administration) at the Privatisation Commission office in Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical bids to meet all specified criteria and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly review the original advertisement and addendum to understand all terms and conditions, as these remain unchanged despite the extension. Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements and timely submission will enhance the chances of success in this competitive bidding process.
