Hiring of Consultancy Services for MHVRA in Balochistan

This Request for Proposal invites qualified consultancy firms to provide consultancy services for the MHVRA project in Balochistan under the Directorate of Natural Calamities & Other Disasters (REL). The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultancy Services for MHVRA in Balochistan (one lot) The consultancy service provider must be a well-reputed national or international firm or joint venture with valid registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The firm must also have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Eligibility requires at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of 49.5 crore PKR in the last 3 years, presence in the active taxpayer list, and BRA registration certificate. The bidder must provide original uploaded documents and attach bid security of 2%. The bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Financial proposals of technically approved consultants will be opened. Incomplete or late proposals will not be considered.
