Tender Description
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), a statutory autonomous entity under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites reputable and experienced consultancy firms to submit proposals for an independent Third-Party Impact Assessment of the 4th International Food & Agriculture Exhibition of Pakistan (FoodAg 2026), scheduled from 23–26 November 2026 at Expo Centre Karachi.

- Comprehensive assessment of the event
- Pre-event planning and organization review
- Exhibition delivery and on-ground execution
- B2B meetings and business outcomes analysis
- Stakeholder satisfaction evaluation
- Media and branding impact study
- International benchmarking
- Post-event business momentum analysis
- Surveys, interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Preparation of evidence-based impact assessment report
The scope includes a detailed evaluation of all phases of the event, focusing on effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business impact. The selected firm must be registered with active Income Tax and Sales Tax status.
Bidders are required to apply through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Proposal documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on e-PADS. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 must be submitted with the bid as a Pay Order in favor of TDAP.
Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 28th September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules, with selection based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). TDAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per applicable rules.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's registration and tax status are current and upload all required documents correctly on e-PADS to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised to handle any technical issues on the portal.
