Hiring of One Consultant on Education Policy, Planning and Reforms and Two Young Professional Officers (YPOs)

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (M/o FE&PT) Islamabad invites expressions of interest for hiring one consultant on education policy, planning and reforms and two young professional officers (YPOs) under the Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program (ASPIRE) funded by the World Bank. Items being procured: - Consultant on Education Policy, Planning and Reforms (01 Position) - Young Professional – Education / Training (01 Position) - Young Professional – Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement and Inclusion (01 Position) The consultant must have a master's degree in education policy or public policy or related social sciences from a recognized national or international university, with at least 20 years of relevant professional experience including public policy and education sector planning in Pakistan. The young professionals require at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university and relevant experience in education sector programs, data collection, training, and government reporting. The scope includes providing consulting services to support education policy, planning, reforms, and related training and partnership activities. Candidates must demonstrate qualifications, experience, and skills as per the detailed criteria including expertise in education sector studies, digital learning platforms, policy briefs, and stakeholder coordination.
