Hiring of Event Management Company (Framework Agreement)

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Branch, invites sealed proposals from reputable, experienced and tax-registered Event Management Companies/Firms. PRCS requires end-to-end event management services for workshops, trainings, seminars, conferences, meetings and other comprehensive event management services across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on a Framework Agreement basis. Items being procured: - Event management services for workshops - Event management services for trainings - Event management services for seminars - Event management services for conferences - Event management services for meetings - Other comprehensive event management services The scope includes full event planning, coordination, and execution across multiple districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience in event management, and be capable of handling large-scale events. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements are not specified but bidders should prepare to comply with standard PRCS tender conditions. Bids must be submitted on the given address through Registered Courier Service or by hand no later than August 11, 2026. Late or incomplete quotations will not be entertained.
