Hiring of Event Management Company through Framework Agreement for KPEZDMC

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites eligible and registered bidders with FBR and KPRA to submit bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for hiring an Event Management Company through a framework agreement. The contract duration is one year with locked rates for items as detailed in Annexure-A. The events will be held across multiple economic zones in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar Economic Zone, Jalozai Economic Zone, Mohmand Economic Zone, Rashakai Special Economic Zone, Nowshera Economic Zone, Export Processing Zone Risalpur, Gadoon Economic Zone, Ghazi Economic Zone, Hattar Economic Zone, Hattar Special Economic Zone (Phase 7), Bannu Economic Zone, Dera Ismail Khan Economic Zone, Buner Economic Zone, Mansehra Economic Zone, Katlang Economic Zone, Salt and Gypsum City Karak, and Chitral Economic Zone. Items being procured: - Event Management Services for various economic zones across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bidders must submit bids electronically on or before 02:30 PM, October 05, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted electronically at 03:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of KPEZDMC is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office at Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline, clearly mentioning the tender title and bidder details. Failure to submit the original bid security will lead to bid rejection as per KPPRA rules. Only bidders registered on EPADS are eligible to participate.
