Tender Description
Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan, invites bids from eligible event management firms and companies for planning and execution of the Pakistan Tourism, Sports & Family Festival 2026, including the Ministerial Conference on Tourism, in Islamabad.
The assignment will be undertaken on a 40:60 cost-sharing basis. The Government will fund 40% of the total cost. The successful bidder will arrange the remaining 60% through its own resources and permitted commercial activities.
Bidding will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested firms must be registered with FBR, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and be registered on EPADS. Detailed eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and scope of work are provided in the bidding document, available free of cost through EPADS, PPRA, and PTDC.
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical proposals will be opened on 15 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Financial proposals will be opened after evaluation of technical proposals. Each bid must include a PKR 1,400,000 bid security in favour of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation. The original security instrument must reach PTDC before the submission deadline.
PTDC reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
