Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Bahawalpur invites bids for the hiring of a firm, company, or contractor for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 300 KW Solar PV System. This system includes 250 KW On-Grid and 50 KW Hybrid with net metering on a turnkey basis.
Items being procured:
- 300 KW (250 KW On-Grid + 50 KW Hybrid) Solar PV System with Net Metering on Turn Key Basis at B.I.S.E Bahawalpur
The project scope covers the complete supply and installation of the solar PV system with net metering. The system must be designed and executed by experienced and registered firms or companies with relevant Punjab E-Procurement System registration. The bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal and also submit a physical bid security and earnest money as per the tender documents.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Punjab E-Procurement System, valid PEC category, and FBR/ATL registration. The bidders must have relevant experience and submit earnest money as specified. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 18-11-2026 at 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM respectively.
