Hiring of Firm for External Audit Services for Five Financial Years and Review of Statement of Compliance for Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites encrypted electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible bidders for hiring of a firm for External Audit Services through the Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading bids in PDF format in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified bidder/consultant offering the lowest evaluated cost in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and provisions of the Request for Proposals (RFP). The bidding documents shall be available free of cost from the date of publication of this advertisement and can be downloaded from the following websites: - Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA): https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk - Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk - ECSP website: https://www.ecsp.com.pk A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 12:00 PM on November 11, 2026, at the ECSP Head Office, Imperium Tower, 1-H, 14th Floor, Gulberg-II, Lahore. The technical bids shall be opened at 3:30 PM on November 20, 2026, at the ECSP Head Office in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend. The bid validity period shall be 90 days from the bid submission deadline. Bid Security of PKR 250,000 is required to be submitted with the Technical Bid on Punjab eProcurement System as part of Bid Submission. ECSP reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason as permitted under the rules. Bidders intending to submit electronic bids are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
