Hiring of Firm for Procurement of Different Services by Environment Protection & Climate Change Department

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) for hiring a firm for procurement of different services. This procurement is open only to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments/authorities. Joint Venture or Consortium participation is not allowed. Items being procured: - Environmental Games & Immersive Learning (AR/VR) with an estimated cost of Rs. 40 Million - Organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations Sessions on Environment and Climate Awareness with an estimated cost of Rs. 30 Million - Film/Documentary Festival (with universities and other relevant collaboration) with an estimated cost of Rs. 20 Million - Engagement of Opinion Leaders with an estimated cost of Rs. 30 Million The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System and attached with the Technical Bid. Bid validity shall be 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPR Rules 2014.
