Tender Description
Pakistan Land Port Authority (PLPA) Islamabad invites reputable and experienced firms for comprehensive travel management services. The scope includes air travel, transportation and vehicle arrangements within Pakistan, accommodation, boarding, lodging, and other related services. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under applicable Public Procurement Rules.
Items being procured:
- Air travel arrangements
- Transportation/vehicle arrangements within Pakistan
- Accommodation
- Boarding and lodging
- Other related travel management services
Interested firms should have proven experience in travel management and must comply with all regulatory requirements including FBR registration and ATL listing. Earnest Money or Bid Security may be required as per tender documents.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS and PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2nd October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Submission and opening will be conducted electronically.
