Hiring of Firm for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Bahawalpur Division

Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Bahawalpur Division invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for hiring of firm/firms for provision of services of venue & catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Bahawalpur Division on Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 450 marriages (9900 persons) The contract covers provision of venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies including all related arrangements at Bahawalpur Division. Eligible bidders must be registered firms/companies with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit 2% Bid Security of total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 633,600/- along with their electronic bids. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
