The firm must maintain strict confidentiality, disclose any conflicts of interest, and provide a replacement guarantee for selected candidates for six months. Eligibility criteria require valid company registration, FBR NTN, active ATL status, audited financial statements for the last three years, and an affidavit declaring no conflict of interest or blacklisting.
