The firm will develop HR policies, KPIs, organizational restructuring models, succession planning, and employee retention strategies. Additionally, the consultancy will propose career progression mechanisms, performance appraisal systems, welfare measures, and training programs. Implementation support and advisory services for digital HR solutions such as HRMIS and e-recruitment systems are also required.
