Hiring of HR Firm for Recruitment Support of C-Suite/Key Executives for Proposed Bank of Balochistan

The Finance Department of Balochistan invites qualified firms for hiring of an HR firm to provide recruitment support for C-Suite and key executives of the proposed Bank of Balochistan. This corrigendum refers to the office's advertisement DPRQ/PRQ No.1318/11-9-2026 dated 11th September 2026 and revises the Technical Evaluation Criteria mentioned in the original RFP document. The revised criteria are now available on the BPPRA e-Procurement System (EPPS). All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged. Interested bidders should carefully review the updated technical evaluation criteria before submission. Items being procured: - Recruitment support services for C-Suite executives - Recruitment support services for key executives The scope includes providing expert HR consultancy and recruitment services to identify, evaluate, and assist in hiring top-level executives for the new bank. The firm must have relevant experience in executive recruitment and comply with all regulatory requirements. Bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be as per the original RFP. The submission deadline is 18th September 2026. Bids should be submitted through the BPPRA e-Procurement System.
