Hiring of IATA Approved Travel Agency for Provision of Air Tickets and Related Services

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed IATA approved travel agents, agencies, companies, and firms for the enlistment of licensed travel agents/agencies for the provision of domestic and international air tickets and other related services at the Head Office in Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of domestic air tickets - Provision of international air tickets - Other travel-related services under an open frame work agreement The scope includes efficient travel agency services with trained and experienced manpower having a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Authorities, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and be on the active taxpayer list. Bidding will be conducted under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Firms should register themselves on the E-PADS 2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register before the closing date and submit their bids accordingly. The travel agents/agencies/companies/firms must be registered members of IATA accredited agencies and the Department of Tourism Services (DTS) or the relevant provincial Ministry/Department and provide proof accordingly. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS 2.0 portal on or before the date of October 26, 2026, at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.
