Hiring of Independent Validation Agent / Firm for Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB)

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Islamabad invites eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 to apply for the hiring of an Independent Validation Agent / Firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB). This procurement is for non-consultancy services to provide an independent verification mechanism ensuring credible, consistent, and agreed definitions of reported results. The Independent Validation Agent (IVA) will validate reported results and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments. The IVA's role includes examining objective evidence tied directly to payment triggers such as verified training completion, certification, authentic job placements, and confirmed retention.
