Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the hiring of office accommodation for its Sub Zonal Office in Samungali Zone, Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to secure suitable rental premises to support the operational needs of the company in this region.
Items being procured:
- Rental premises for Sub Zonal Office Samungali Zone Quetta
- At least 5 to 10 rooms
- Additional room/storage space as an advantage
- Total area between 4000 to 7000 square feet
- Sufficient parking area for 3 to 6 vehicles plus motorcycles for at least 10
The premises must be legally cleared with valid title or ownership documents. The location should provide adequate space and facilities to accommodate the staff and operational requirements of SSGC. The scope includes ensuring the premises meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents, including parking and room requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and submission of bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission of all required documents including the physical bid bond of Rs. 20,000 in favor of SSGC.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the detailed specifications and ensure the premises offered fully comply with the requirements, especially regarding legal ownership and parking facilities, to avoid disqualification. Early registration on EPADS v2.0 and submission of clarifications by October 17, 2026, is recommended to address any queries.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for property owners or agents in Quetta to engage with a major energy company for a long-term lease arrangement, supporting the expansion and operational efficiency of SSGC in the region.
