Hiring of Private Security Agency for Armed Guards Services

Pakistan Forest Institute (PFI) in Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the hiring of a Private Security Agency/firm to provide services of Armed Guards for security purposes. The agency must have valid Registration, NTN, and GST numbers. Items being procured: - Services of Armed Guards for security The tender documents containing terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and other details can be downloaded free of cost from the PFI websites www.pfi.gov.pk and www.pfi.edu.pk, EPADS Portal, and KPPRA website. Bidders must submit their bids under the Single Stage Two Envelopes System. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the Executive Officer and must reach the office by 18-08-2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm in the presence of all bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration. A call deposit equal to 2% of the quoted price (refundable) must be submitted with the tender in the form of CDR in favor of the Executive Officer, PFI, Peshawar. All taxes will be charged as per government rules. Incomplete tenders will not be entertained. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline for submission and opening of bids.
