Hiring of Production Services for Framework Contract by Directorate of Sports Merged Areas

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites technical and financial proposals from qualified local and national firms/service providers for hiring production services under a framework contract for one year. This procurement is conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014 and aims to establish a reliable service provider for production services to support the Directorate's activities in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Production Services for one year under framework contract The scope includes providing professional production services as per the Directorate's requirements. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in production services and comply with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with KPRA, NTN, GST certificates, and appearance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, a valid registration certificate from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration must be provided where applicable. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS on or before 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports, with bidders or their authorized representatives invited to attend. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of 100,000 PKR in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director Sports Merged Areas. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas, Peshawar.
