Hiring of Rental Premises for Sub Zonal Office Miro Kh

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for the hiring of rental premises for its Sub Zonal Office Miro Kh. The premises should have at least 2 to 3 rooms with additional room or storage space as an advantage, covering a total area between 1500 to 5000 square feet. Sufficient parking space is mandatory. This procurement is specifically for office rental services in Karachi under the SSGC department. The technical scope includes premises that are legally cleared with valid title or ownership documents. The building must be situated on a main road, easily accessible, and located in a commercial area with basic utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and sewerage bills cleared. The premises should have a duplex or emergency exit and be well-constructed. Minor repairs up to PKR 4,999 will be borne by the company, while major repairs above PKR 5,000 will be the responsibility of the landlord. The tenancy agreement will initially be for three years with possible renewal subject to mutual consent. Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and comply with all tender document requirements including submission of a fixed bid bond of PKR 20,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal before the deadline. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of public opening. All documents must be signed, stamped, and submitted as per instructions. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 18 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders should ensure timely submission on EPADS and physical submission of the bid bond to the SSGC Head Office in Karachi.
