Items being procured: - Residential building near Park Road / Kurri Road Islamabad: Minimum 1750 sqft covered area, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 3 washrooms, single storey, parking for at least one car - Residential building near Bharakahu Islamabad: Minimum 1250 sqft covered area, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 washrooms, single storey, parking for at least one car - Residential building near Upper Chattar Housing Scheme Muzaffarabad AJK: Minimum 1250 sqft covered area, 2 bedrooms, 1 drawing/dining room, 1 kitchen, 2 washrooms, single storey, parking for at least one car The buildings must be free of encumbrances and litigation, with all previous utility bills paid. Bidders should provide complete details including total area, location, monthly rent, and availability of utilities such as water, electricity, and gas. The bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by September 8, 2026 at 1400 hrs, with bid opening at 1130 hrs the same day. Hard copies of bids with all required documents must also be submitted in sealed envelopes at NESPAK Islamabad office. Technical evaluation will consider ownership documents, location accessibility, parking availability, building condition, and utilities. Only bids meeting the evaluation criteria and technical requirements will be physically inspected. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous responsive bidder offering the lowest per sqft monthly rate.
