Tender Description
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Regional Office Islamabad Capital Territory (M/o Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety) is procuring the hiring of a school for PBM Sweet Home Mirpur AJK. This procurement is specifically for the provision of formal education and allied facilities for up to 100 enrolled children of PBM Sweet Home in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The scope includes formal and inclusive education up to higher secondary level, evening coaching classes, provision of uniforms, books, stationery, school bags, transportation, physical training, medical checkups, and recreational activities including two study tours per academic session.
The school will be responsible for admission, examination, registration, library fees, and ensuring the safety and security of the children from pick-up to drop-off. The educational institute must provide foolproof security and allow visits by authorized PBM staff and dignitaries. Quarterly progress meetings and reports are required to be submitted to PBM Regional Office Lahore through the district office. The school must also provide first aid and medical treatment without extra charges and engage students in extracurricular activities.
Eligibility criteria include valid school registration, affiliation with the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, and a maximum distance of 5 KM from PBM Sweet Home premises. Bidders must be registered with FBR and NADRA and demonstrate relevant experience and capacity. The technical evaluation includes criteria such as years of experience, faculty qualifications, facilities like computer and science labs, CCTV surveillance, security guards, and washrooms.
The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
