Hiring of Security Arrangement Services with CCTV Cameras, Walk Through Gates, Drone Cameras, and Transport on Rental Basis for Deputy Commissioner Jhang

The Deputy Commissioner Jhang invites sealed quotations from well reputed, authorized dealers and firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority having GST, NTN, and PRA Registration for the provision of security services and allied matters on rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - CCTV Cameras along with the Establishment of Control Room with A + Online Coverage along with power Backup (60 to 500 CCTV Cameras) - PTZ Cameras with A + Online Coverage along with power Backup (4 to 12 PTZ Cameras) - Walk Through Gates (18 Zone A+ Category) (4 to 25 Gates) - Movie Camera with at least 8 Hours Power Backup (2 to 4 Cameras) - Drone Camera with at least 8 Hours Power Backup (2 to 8 Drones) - Shuttering for Plugging of Streets for processions on Moharram 2027 and 21 Ramzan Sharif 2027 (required for plugging of streets) - Barbed Wire (5 to 50 rolls) - Transport vehicles including Hi Roof / ITR AC, Hi-Ace, Hyundai / Sherozore Dala, Cer Toyota XLI / GLI, Non-Ac Bus 72 Seater, AC Bus 72 Seater, Mazda 18 Feet, Mazda 22 Feet (all on rental basis) The scope includes installation of Hike Vision CCTV Cameras, provision of DVRs and allied accessories, power backup, and shuttering for processions. Transport vehicles will be provided on rental basis without POL. The services are required for various events including Christmas and New Year 2026-27, Easter & Good Friday 2027, Ramzan Sharif 2027, 21 Ramzan, Eid-Ul-Fitr 2027, Eid-Ul-Azha 2027, Moharram-Ul-Haram 2027, 10-Hart 2027, Local Government Elections (if announced), and other similar events during the financial year 2026-27. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Tender and bidding documents are available from the office of ADC (F&P) Jhang and must be submitted by 06-10-2026 up to 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order is required. Late submissions will not be accepted. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened in presence of authorized representatives.
