Hiring of Security Guard Services at Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Islamabad Headquarters

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) Islamabad invites eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, as well as registered with SECP, for the hiring of Security Guard Services at PM&DC Islamabad Headquarters. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of extension for a further two years based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Total 10 Security Guards including 07 Guards in morning and 03 Guards in evening shifts of 12 hours each - 08 Walkie Talkies - Weapons including 08 MP5 and 02 9mm pistols - Provision of trained, medically fit guards aged 25 to 40 years with minimum height 5.5 to 6 feet - Discipline maintenance in office premises - Licensed weapons owned by the company - Provision of food and accommodation with pick and drop service - Alternative security guard provision for shortages especially on holidays The scope includes deployment of trained and licensed security personnel, maintaining discipline, access control, patrolling, incident reporting, and emergency assistance at PM&DC premises in Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years experience in major cities and provide all mandatory documents including NTN, GST, SECP registration, and affidavit of no blacklisting. A bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of pay order/demand draft/CDR is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PAiDS by 10:30 AM on 20th October 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9th October 2026 at PM&DC Islamabad. Technical bids will be evaluated on criteria including years of establishment, financial statements, relevant work orders, and valid licenses. The contract includes performance security of 10% of the bid amount, fixed prices for one year extendable for two years, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
