Hiring of Security Services for PTA Headquarter Islamabad

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites bids for the hiring of security services at its Headquarter in Islamabad. Guards must be medically fit, aged between 25 and 57 years (60 years for supervisors), trained to handle emergencies including bomb blasts, earthquakes, calamities, and fire outbreaks. The company must provide hand-held metal detectors and vehicle search mirrors at specified locations. Guards should be capable, well-trained, and equipped with semi-automatic weapons (valid licenses required). The company must ensure availability of additional guards within 24 hours if requested. Eligibility criteria include valid company registration, NOC from Ministry of Interior, valid licenses, ATL registration with FBR, EOBI and social security registration, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. Experience with a minimum deployment of 1000 guards nationwide and good performance certificates from major clients are required. The technical bid must meet a 70% passing threshold.
