Hiring of Service Provider and Firms for Provision of Janitorial Services to Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Government of Pakistan, is inviting sealed applications from qualified firms for the hiring of service providers and firms to deliver janitorial services and recruitment services. This procurement is for an open framework agreement spanning a period of three years, aimed at ensuring continuous and reliable service provision to the Authority located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Hiring of Service Provider - Firms for the provision of Janitorial Services to CCRA The scope of work includes comprehensive janitorial services and recruitment services as per the detailed schedule provided in the Expression of Interest documents. These documents outline the scope, eligibility criteria, and evaluation terms, which are available for download from the PPRA and CCRA websites. The services will be rendered at the CCRA office located at 25-A, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in providing janitorial and recruitment services, be registered with FBR, and comply with all regulatory requirements. Firms must submit their applications in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the firm’s name and title, and drop them in the tender box at the CCRA office before the closing deadline. The application submission deadline is Friday, 7th August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with the opening of applications scheduled for 2:30 PM the same day. The opening will be conducted in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and representatives of the participating firms in the conference room of CCRA and online as per the meeting details in the EOI documents.
