The Counter Terrorism Department Bahawalpur Region is inviting bids for the hiring of services and purchase of various items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted item-wise with each bid comprising a single package containing technical and financial proposals. Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-PADS website before the deadline. Eligibility requires firms or contractors to be registered for income tax and sales tax, with valid FBR registration. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs.608,000) must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder offering the highest quality.
