Tender Description
The Counter Terrorism Department Bahawalpur invites E-Bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender covers a wide range of procurement needs including hiring of services and purchase of various items essential for departmental operations in Bahawalpur.

The scope includes supply and repair services related to vehicles, machinery, furniture, and various consumables. The procurement will be conducted electronically via the EPADS platform, ensuring transparency and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders must submit a single package containing both Technical and Financial bids online. The estimated cost of this procurement is bold PKR 6.7 Million.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered for income tax and sales tax, with valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar service and supply contracts is expected. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 134,000) must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required upon award.
The E-Bid submission deadline is 17th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all documentation requirements. Late bids will not be entertained.
