Hiring Services of Outsourced Firm to Provide Account Assistants to Islamabad Electric Supply Company

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is procuring the hiring services of an outsourced firm (3rd party) to provide Account Assistants on a need basis across its licensed operational areas including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Murree, and other locations. This procurement is managed by the HR department of IESCO located at Head Office Street 40, G-7/4, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Account Assistant (Skilled category) quantity 101 across multiple districts: Islamabad (47), Rawalpindi (23), Attock (9), Chakwal (12), Jhelum (10). The scope includes deployment, management, and supervision of Account Assistants responsible for monthly accounts preparation, auditing expenditures, imprest cash accounting, payroll, store accounting, and other financial duties as per IESCO's requirements. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, minimum 3 years relevant experience including SAP/ERP proficiency, and be medically fit with police clearance. Deployment is on a need basis with a contract period of one year, extendable up to five years subject to performance.
