Hiring of Services of Event Management Company for WEXNET Quetta 2026

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP, Quetta) invites bids for the hiring of an experienced Event Management Company to organize WEXNET Quetta 2026. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The event will be held in Quetta, Balochistan, and requires comprehensive event management services including design, fabrication, installation, operation, and dismantling of event infrastructure. Items being procured: - Setup and fabrication of 100 standard 3m x 3m exhibition stalls with octanorm/aluminium modular system, including furniture, electrical fittings, and graphics - Covered marquee of 2,000 sq. ft. with full interior lining, lighting, seating for 120-150 guests, and cooling system with minimum 4 AC chillers - VIP lounge with 15 premium executive leather sofas, crowd control stanchions, and seating for 200 banquet chairs - Main stage and TDAP stall with reinforced stage, rostrum, LED TV displays, reception desk, display podiums, and mannequins - Main entrance gateway with branded aluminium box truss archway, 3D signage, registration counters, and landscaping - MoU signing booth with branded backdrop, signing table, executive chairs, and lighting - B2B lounge with aluminium box truss framework, meeting tables, chairs, LED display, and branded reception counter - Media wall with step-and-repeat backdrop, LED lighting, 3D WEXNET letters, and decorative props - Outdoor billboards, streamers, roll-up standees, wayfinding signage, and local influencer collaborations - Print media relations, exhibitor directory/catalogue, accreditation badges, seminar notepads and pens - Professional photography and videography coverage including daily highlight reels and official event documentary - Catering services including main course meals, tea servings, mineral water dispensers, and buffet logistics - Provision of uniforms and GROs for event staffing - Mobile collection desks with manpower and digital registration gateways - Printing and delivery of premium invitation cards and participation certificates The scope includes full turnkey services covering design, fabrication, installation, operation, and dismantling. The contractor must ensure compliance with all safety, structural, electrical, and public safety standards. Technical staff must be available throughout the event to promptly address any issues. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all eligibility and qualification criteria.
