The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) Islamabad invites bids/RFP through EPADS v2.0 from eligible and experienced firms registered with National Tax Number (NTN) and sales tax department for the following services. Items being procured: - Hiring of Services for Feasibility and Assessment for Construction of Pre-Fabricated Structure - Hiring of Services for Feasibility and Assessment for Installation of Elevator - Hiring of Services for Building Assessment - Installation of Parts, Repair & Maintenance of Air Conditioners - General Stationery & Toilet/Hygienic Items The scope includes technical feasibility studies, assessment reports, installation supervision, and maintenance services at PIDE Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bids/RFP must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Firms not registered on EPADS 2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Eligibility requires NTN and sales tax registration, relevant experience, and compliance with PPRA rules. Earnest money or bid security details are as per bidding documents.
