Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events

The Directorate General Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Technical and Financial Proposals through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding from qualified local and national Service Providers having a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience in the execution of similar services, for Three (03) service packages under Framework Contract, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Package 1: Production Services, Media Management, and Venue Branding Services - Package 2: Sound & Light Services and Catering Services - Package 3: Arrangement of Accommodation and Local Transport These services are required for the implementation and execution of sports events at the Peshawar Sports Complex, Peshawar Cantt. The scope includes professional event management, media handling, venue branding, sound and lighting arrangements, catering, accommodation, and local transport services. Eligible firms include Event Management Firms, Production Firms, Advertising Firms, Catering Services, Food Service Providers, Hotels, Guest Houses, and other Service Providers as specified for each package. Bidders must be registered with KPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) or SECP registration must be provided where applicable. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must clearly mention their postal address, valid email address, and active contact numbers. Bids must be submitted via EPADS (https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ tenders/Epadtenders) on or before 14th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 Noon in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. A Bid Security of Rs. 1,000,000/- (Rupees one Million only) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), separately for each package, drawn in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 6th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Committee Room, Directorate General of Sports, Peshawar. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
