The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal is inviting bids for hiring services related to On-Screen Marking System (OSM) and Digital Variable Printing of Answer Copies. This procurement is specifically for the city of Sahiwal under the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal. Items being procured: - Hiring The Services On-Screen Marking System (OSM) & Digital Variable Printing of Answer Copies - Quantity: Computer Science Part-I = 1500 Nos., Science Part-II = 2500 Nos., Total = 4000 Nos. The scope includes providing a reliable and efficient On-Screen Marking System and digital variable printing services for answer copies. The service provider must be a reputable firm registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST), possessing an active taxpayer profile and registered on the E-Procurement website. Bidders must submit their tenders online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) on or before 17-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Only online submissions via Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) will be accepted. Tenders will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Hand, registered post, or courier submissions will not be entertained. A Bid Security of 5% amounting to Rs. 31,600/- must accompany all E-bids, submitted or transferred online as per the procedure established in the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
