Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School (Boys) Bahawalpur

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys), Bahawalpur for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services on routes: Gulan Hatti, Gulistan Mills, Madina Pump, Riaz Soling, Rama Phatak, Shashmahi Nahar (GT Road Pull), Samma Satta (Wapda Office), Lodhran, Pull Shishmahi Nehar (Yazman Road), Karachi More, Akhtar Abad, IUB Baghdad Campus Main Gate (E.H.S) A total of 12 vehicles are required with seating capacities ranging from 26 to 62 seats, covering distances from 16 KM to 54 KM double side, serving between 26 to 62 students per route. The estimated 2% bid security is Rs. 1,000,000. Vehicles must be manufactured/refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated contract value electronically, and compliance with technical and financial bid requirements. Bidders must obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR at 5% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder prior to contract signing.
