The Labour and Human Resources Department under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Lahore is procuring transport services for the Workers Welfare School (Girls) located in Dandot R.S., Housing Colony Dandot Cement Company Limited, Tehsil Pind Dadan Khan, District Jhelum. This procurement is specifically for providing pick and drop facilities to the students of the school for two financial years, 2026-27 and 2027-28.
The scope of work includes hiring transport vehicles to cover multiple routes identified by the School Transport Committee. A total of 10 vehicles are required to serve various locations such as Pind Dadan Khan, Islam Quli Khewra, Hady Chowk, Mobilink Tower Khewra, and others, with distances ranging from 16 to 55 kilometers double side. Eligible bidders must be income tax registered firms or companies with valid FBR registration and ATL status. They should also be registered on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal to participate. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted online. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted before the bid closing date.
The last date for bid submission is **11th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened on **22nd July 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, signed, stamped, and submitted only via the EPADS portal to avoid rejection.
