Tender Description
The Punjab Workers Welfare Board Labour and Human Resource Department invites bids for hiring transport services specifically for the Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Girls in Jauharabad. This procurement is aimed at providing pick and drop facilities for students over two financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The scope includes multiple routes covering various localities such as Killi Sahar, Jauharabad city areas, and surrounding colonies with seating capacities ranging from 27 to 62 students per vehicle. Vehicles must be model 2015 or later, and documentary evidence is required to prove this.
Bidders must be registered firms or companies with valid FBR and ATL registration. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted before the bid closing date. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted online via the Punjab E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Technical bids will be opened on 11th July 2026 at 11:30 AM, and financial bids on 22nd July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA and Punjab eprocure websites.
Interested bidders should ensure they obtain at least 70% marks in the technical evaluation to qualify for financial bid opening. All bids must be signed, stamped, and submitted strictly through the E-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 11th July 2026. Late or manual submissions will be rejected. The procuring committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions available on the eprocure portal and ensure all required documents, including the CDR and vehicle model proofs, are complete and uploaded correctly. This will help avoid disqualification due to incomplete or non-compliant submissions. The submission deadline and bid opening times are fixed and must be strictly adhered to.
