Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare H.S School Boys Jauharabad

Punjab Workers Welfare Board Labour & Human Resource Department invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare H.S School Boys Jauharabad for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28. The bidding is conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Transport services on 19 routes including Khushab 1, Khushab 2, Jauharabad 1, Jauharabad 2, Chak No. 9,10 North, Bola, Hadali No.1, Hadali No.2 Colony, Chak No.08 South, Chak No. 02, 05, 13, 14, Chak No.07, 11, Sarfraz Colony 1, Chak No. 12-1, Chak No. 12-II, Chak No. 12 III, Chak No. 09, 10 South, Chak 12 wala Mor, Chak 13 wala, Sarfraz Colony 2 The scope includes providing vehicles manufactured/refurbished in or after 2005, with valid refurbishment certificates verified by Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must register on Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost must accompany bids as Bid Security. Firms must have valid FBR/ATL registration and meet criteria for technical qualification. Performance Guarantee in shape of CDR @ 5% of contract value is required. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The Labour Welfare Office, District Khushab, Jauharabad will serve as Cluster Center for bid opening.
