Hiring of Transport Services for Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Schools in Bahawalpur for 2026-27 and 2027-28

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School (Boys) Bahawalpur for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Hiring of 8 vehicles for routes: Gulan Hatti, Dera Masti, Sama Satta, Lodhran, Akhtar Abad, Tibba Badar, Ashraf Sugar, Rama Phatak The transport services cover routes with seating capacities ranging from 27 to 62 seats, distances between 24 to 60 km (double side), and student counts from 27 to 62 per route. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment defined as vehicles originally manufactured not earlier than 2000 and refurbished to meet technical requirements verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial bids submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Eligibility requires tax registration, bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount submitted electronically, and firms must obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before technical bid opening to clarify the e-procurement process.
