Tender Description
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible Contractors, Firms, and Companies registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) having Active Taxpayer Status (NTN & PNTN) along with all mandatory documents as specified in the Bidding Documents for the year 2026-27.

- Hiring of vehicles on rental basis for official use in WASA Chakwal
The procurement involves hiring vehicles to be used officially by WASA Chakwal. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 07-09-2023 up to 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Deputy Director WASA Chakwal. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.
Bidders must submit bid security on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date, failing which the bid will be considered non-responsive. Complete and authenticated e-bids must be uploaded in PDF format on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab PP Rules 2014 (Rule-35). Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Tenderers must quote their rates against each entry/item of DNIT/BOQ in their financial bids. Percentage quotes on total estimated cost are not acceptable. No telegraphic or postal bids will be accepted; only bids submitted through the EP System will be considered.
The bids will remain valid for 60 days. The bid security (PSID) will be released only after the successful bidder accepts the LOI and submits the performance guarantee through the e-Procurement Portal. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid server issues. WASA Chakwal is not responsible for any issues related to the EP System portal.
