Hiring of Webhosting, Audio Streaming and Email Services

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Islamabad invites bids for hiring of webhosting, audio streaming, and email services. This procurement is specifically for the PBC headquarters located at G-5 Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The scope includes provision of a dedicated cloud web server with high availability, a stand-alone cloud server for audio SSL streaming, and a managed email server with 200 email accounts. The services also cover cloud-based web application firewall and DDoS protection with load balancing for two websites, along with 24/7 management and support including server security, infrastructure and network monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization. The technical scope demands robust hardware specifications such as 8-core CPU, 16 GB RAM, 2 TB HDD storage for the web server, and 4-core CPU with 8 GB RAM for the audio streaming server. The solution must include CPanel licenses, SSL/TLS certificates, WAF, DDoS protection, and seamless auto-failover features. Additionally, a SIEM solution for log data management, threat intelligence, and real-time alerting is required. Bidders must be legally registered companies in Pakistan with valid NTN and STRN, and must submit audited financial reports for the last financial year. Experience running tier-3 data centers and a proven track record with similar projects is essential. The deadline for bid submission is June 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at PBC Headquarters, 2nd Floor, Room #214, G-5 Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a CDR at 2% of the bid price along with their financial proposal. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected.
