Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of hologram projection fans at the SBP Museum in Karachi by the SBP Banking Services Corporation. The procurement falls under Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories, reflecting the technical nature of the hologram fans and their integration requirements.
The project involves delivering two sizes of hologram projection fans—three units of 2 feet and two units of 4 feet—each equipped with adjustable stands, high-resolution displays, Bluetooth audio support, and memory capacity of at least 16GB. The equipment must be delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to the SBP Museum, Karachi, within 90 days from the notification of award. Installation, configuration, integration, and operational acceptance testing are integral parts of the contract, ensuring the fans are fully functional and meet the purchaser's specifications.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories and maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the financial year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a bid security of PKR 14,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or equivalent. The performance guarantee is set at 10% of the contract price, valid for two years. Bidders must be authorized manufacturers or authorized agents and provide manufacturer authorization forms. Blacklisting status and beneficial ownership declarations are mandatory.
The submission deadline is set for Monday, March 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened publicly at 11:30 AM the same day at the General Services Department, 3rd Floor, BSC House, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Manual bids will not be accepted.
