The Urban Planning And Development Department Loralai Division invites sealed percentage tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors/firms who have renewal for the year 2026-27 for the work listed below in Loralai, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Home Solar System at Tehsil Musakhial - Drug Tehsil Kingri This tender involves installation of home solar systems, requiring expertise in solar power equipment and water supply systems. The project demands contractors with PEC registration in category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in the relevant category and specialized code CE09(ii) for Water Supply and EE11(i) for Solar. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 20,817,627 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Earnest Money of 2% and a tender fee of PKR 1000 are required. The bidder must provide a call deposit verification letter from the concerned bank and attach an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by any government or semi-government department. Tender documents will be issued from the date of first publication until the submission deadline during office hours from the office of the Directorate of Works UP&D Quetta. Applications must accompany earnest money in the shape of a deposit at call in favor of the undersigned issued from any scheduled bank.
