Home Solar Systems and Solar Street Light Installation Works for Various Locations in Balochistan

The Energy Department Balochistan invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the execution of multiple solar energy projects under the PSDP 2026. These projects include installation and provision of home solar systems and solar street lighting across various locations in Balochistan, specifically in Tehsil Meharabad Surab, Killi Aurangzaib Mastung, Mand Tump, Libnan Mand Tump, Rideeg Mand Tump, and other areas including Kiilli Lehri Abad, Durra Bant, Shahwani Abad, Civil Colony, and Ghafoor Abad Khuzdar. Items being procured: - Home Solar System Tehsil Meharabad Surab under PSDP No. 1810 - Home Solar System Killi Aurangzaib Mastung under PSDP No. 1811 - Solar Street Light Mand, Tump under PSDP No. 1812 - Home Solar Libnan Mand, Tump under PSDP No. 1813 - Home Solar Rideeg Mand, Tump under PSDP No. 1814 - Provision and Installation of Home Solar System for Kiilli Lehri Abad, Durra Bant, Shahwani Abad, Civil Colony, Ghafoor Abad Khuzdar under PSDP No. 1808 - Home Solar System Tehsil and District Surab under PSDP No. 1809 - Home Solars UC Shapch under PSDP No. 1866 - Home Solars UC Kirdkap under PSDP No. 1865 The technical scope includes installation of solar energy systems compliant with PEC category C-6 and specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) for solar energy systems. Bidders must have completed at least one similar assignment and demonstrate financial capacity with turnover thresholds ranging from Rs. 7 million to Rs. 25 million depending on scheme cost. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active FBR tax status is mandatory. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 28th or 29th September 2026 as per the schedule, with opening at 11:00 AM on the respective dates.
