Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) is inviting bids for the hiring of services related to horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for the 24 inch and 12 inch diameter Quetta pipeline at Bibi Nani, Balochistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being managed by the SSGC Procurement Department. The contract reference for this project is SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14388, with the official bid reference number P58169.

- Hiring of service for horizontal directional drilling HDD of 12 Dia Quetta pipeline at Bibi Nani, Balochistan
The technical scope includes the provision of all necessary equipment, skilled manpower, and expertise to execute horizontal directional drilling for the specified pipeline diameters. The work site is located at Bibi Nani, which is a critical point for the Quetta pipeline network. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and safety standards as outlined in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and should have relevant experience in similar pipeline drilling projects. Only those vendors who are registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 will be eligible to participate. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
