Tender Description
This tender invites bids from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under Category C-6 or above for the horticulture development plan related to the Pakistan Day Parade 2026 in Islamabad. The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Urban Division-I, requires specialized landscaping and horticultural services to enhance the parade venue with quality plants, flowers, and greenery, ensuring an impressive and sustainable environment for the national event.
The project involves detailed planning and execution of horticultural works at the designated site in Islamabad, demanding adherence to high standards of landscaping materials and techniques. The contractor must manage the site efficiently, complete the work within 15 days, and follow all technical specifications and instructions from the site in-charge. This work requires expertise in plant selection, soil preparation, irrigation, and maintenance to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the parade grounds.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or higher and comply with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. Firms should ensure their documentation is complete, including Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) payable to DDO, Environment (East), CDA. This tender follows the single stage, single envelope procedure under PPRA rules, emphasizing transparency and compliance.
The submission deadline is set for 02 March 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of Director CDA Nursery, 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA Office F-9 Park, Islamabad. Only electronic bids submitted via the E-PADS portal will be accepted; manual bids are not entertained.
